RICO (collectively, ‘Men’s Communing Barber’, ‘RICO: Men’s Communing Barber’, ‘RICO_MCB’, ‘MCB: RICO’, ‘His’, ‘He’, ‘We’, ‘Our’) permits access to his website, mobile application and online services or programs including any website URL, or social media account of his that he has linked to his website (mcbrico.com), free of charge to provide information about his products and/or services. He has established these Terms of Service, which explain the rules of use for his website (mcbrico.com), to promote a safe, non-offensive environment for all of his users. By using his website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

 
 

  1. You can always ‘Walk-In’ anytime without the need of an appointment.*

  2. To make a Salon Appointment with RICO, you must visit HERE or HERE

  3. Must receive a confirmation response directly from RICO before any appointment will be honored.

  4. Must make an appointment two (2) hours in advance of desired appointment time.

  5. Appointment rescheduling or cancellations must be one (1) hour in advance.**

  6. Must NOT make an appointment if infested with lice (you will be denied).

*Walk-Ins will be treated on a First-come-First-serve basis.

**EXCEEDING A FIFTEEN (15) MINUTE GRACE PERIOD WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. REQUIRED: A VALID CREDIT CARD. REQUIRED: A DEPOSIT PERCENTAGE OF 30% OF THE FULL AMOUNT OF SELECTED AND SCHEDULED SERVICES. WHEN A SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT IS TERMINATED FOR EXCEEDING THE GRACE PERIOD THE REQUIRED DEPOSIT OF 30% WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR ANY REASON. ALL REQUIRED DEPOSIT TRANSACTIONS ARE FINAL.

 
 

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to change any part of these Terms of Service at any time and without prior notice. If we make any changes, we will post an updated copy of these Terms of Service on mcbrico.com/terms-of-service. It is your responsibility to check mcbrico.com/terms-of-service periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to mcbrico.com, the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
